High Specification residential project located on a small site with minimal access. The site was 180sqm Triangular block at a busy intersection in Mt Lawley.

 

This offered the architect interesting challenges with the layout of the home, ensuring maximum living space was achieved in this design. BE Projects have ensured this site is organised and maintained in an orderly fashion due to the small site and access restrictions.

The striking design of this house is complimented with a north facing triangle balcony and the long lines of the second story windows.
