MBAWA BANKWEST HOUSING EXCELLENCE AWARDS 2018

BE Projects were successful in winning the Customer Service Award at the 2018 MBAWA Housing Awards. This is the second time the BE Projects team have successfully taken home the Customer Service Award showcasing consistency in the delivery of our quality product to our clients. The Team fell grateful for the opportunity and the win stepping us closer to achieve our mission, “Perth’s preferred construction solution for Architectural Environments.” Click here to view all the winner in the MBAWA 2018 Housing Excellence Awards.

PRACTICAL COMPLETE PROJECTS JAPANESE SCHOOL RELOCATION

Architect: Gresley Abas

The project at City Beach Primary School included the construction of a 355m2 building as well as the renovation of 5 general learning areas and a demountable classroom. This project had extensive staged landscaping works which included custom anodised screens. This project designed by Gresley Abas the “Japanese School” the ability to be located alongside the City Beach Primary School, and access the shared amenities.

BROMFIELD RESIDENCE

Architect: Carrier and Postmus

On and upwards at Bromfield with major earthworks complered the progress is well and truly getting the project out of the ground with the recent wirks including the stairs poured, structural steel has been erected and wallframing up. The clients, architects, subcontractors and BE Team gathered onsite last week for a BBQ breakfast to acknowledge the progress of works and celebrate the milestone with the clients.

WINDSOR TOWERS ELECTRICAL UPGRADE

Architect: Allan Davies & Trevor Chudleigh Architects

With the structural components near complete ready for architectural finishes in the coming month. The team will shortly be moving onto external works. These supporting works being complete by BE Projects will provide the current residents with an upgrade to their existing services.

DAGLISH RESIDENCE

Architect: VittinoAshe

Following concrete fever, the roof structure is taking shape around the completed rammed earth wall. The attention to detail and high end finish has been a priority for the team. The next stage of the project will show a substantial transformation of the existing building.

WANDOOO REINTEGRATION FACILITY Architect: COX Architecture

Site mobilisation preparation has commenced with the recent award of the construction of the new Goods Store Facility located at the Wandoo Reintegration Facility in Murdoch. The BE Projects Team are looking forward to working with COX Architecture on this project.

KALAMUNDA DISTRICTS HOCKEY CLUB Architect: Olk & Associates

Pre Site mobilisation prep has commenced this week with the award of the new Kalamunda Districts Hockey Club Facility located in Forrestfield for the Shire of Kalamunda. The BE Projects Team are looking forward to working with Olk & Associates.

SIDS FOR KIDS SUNSHINE BEACH RUN

Supporting a very worthy cause, BE Team members, Jason and James made their way to the soft sands of Challenger Parade, City Beach to participate in the SIDs for Kids Sunshine Beach Run on the 17th of February. Hope the legs aren’t burning too much boys! BE Projects has donated for each team member that didn't get out there and participatee, we hope you can get behind a worthwhile cause not matter how big or small! Red Nose foundation

The Japanese School Relocation team finishing their project on a sweet note, joining the clients for morning tea for the official handover of the project.

DAGLISH RESIDENCE SLAB POUR CELEBRATIONS

The Daglish clients and the BE Team gathered together onsite to celebrate the completion of the concrete works. A great way to share with the entire team the progress on site.
