The new facility Gooseberry Hill Primary School Early Childhood Centre included the construction of a new early childhood facility comprising of two classrooms, kitchen, storeroom and staff and student amenities, a total building area of 290m2 and total project footprint inkling ramps of 855m2.

The project included the outdoor area comprised of a large undercover verandah installed with benches, large sandpit; exterior storerooms fitted with racks and roller doors also including water fountains. The exterior works also included the installation and commissioning of a new BioMax Aerobic Treatment Unit (ATU) with irrigation This included digging through the clay rock site.
